Game Placement Rules

These rules govern how games are placed on the zloy.net platform. By publishing a game, the developer confirms acceptance of these rules.

1. What may be published

The platform hosts games — interactive entertainment projects. Ordinary working applications and services (utilities, messengers, storefronts, tools and the like) that are not games are not allowed.

2. Prohibited content

Games that violate the laws of the Russian Federation are prohibited, including those containing:

• propaganda or unlawful advertising of narcotic substances;
• propaganda of LGBT and other relationships whose propaganda is prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation;
• propaganda or unlawful advertising of alcohol and tobacco;
• pornography and sexual content;
• the sale of weapons, ammunition and other goods restricted in circulation;
• any other content prohibited by applicable law.

3. Localization

A game must have its interface and content translated into at least Russian and English.

4. Payments and in-app purchases

The developer sells digital content inside their own game on their own, by their own means. The platform administration takes no percentage and no commission on in-app purchases. This condition is approved and remains unchanged until 1 July 2027.

At the same time, the platform administration may monetize games by displaying advertising before loading any game. By publishing a game on the platform, the developer agrees to this form of monetization.

5. Moderation and refusal of placement

Every game and update is reviewed by a moderator before publication. The platform administration may refuse to place any game without stating a reason, and may unpublish a previously placed game if these rules are breached.
