Public Offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) by ИП Володин С. В. · ИНН 666307848501 (the “Studio”) to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below with any legally capable individual or legal entity (the “User”).

1. Subject of the offer

The Studio grants the User access to the digital products, games and related services published on zloy.net, on the terms described in this offer and on the relevant product pages.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when the User performs any of the following: places an order, pays for a product or service, registers an account, or starts using a digital product. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with the terms of the offer.

3. Price and payment

Prices for products and services are shown on the website. Payment is made by the methods available at checkout. The Studio’s obligations are deemed fulfilled once the User is granted access to the paid product.

4. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are handled in accordance with applicable law. To request a refund, write to zloysupport@gmail.com with your order details.

5. Rights and obligations

The Studio undertakes to provide access to the product in the scope and within the timeframe stated at checkout. The User undertakes to use the products for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to infringe the Studio’s exclusive rights.

6. Liability

The Studio is not liable for any inability to use the products for reasons beyond the Studio’s control, including failures of the User’s hardware or networks.
